Method Focus

The Kaz Method combines technique, breathing, calm rhythm, and a Japanese-style approach to relaxation. The goal is not force, but depth — not speed, but steady, reassuring touch.

Core Concept

Not strength, but depth
Slow, gentle touch
Create a safe and reassuring treatment
A natural, unbroken flow from start to finish

Course Content

  • Head
  • Neck
  • Décolletage
  • Overall treatment flow

Flow Structure

Head → Neck → Décolletage → Neck → Head

The flow should remain soft, connected, and uninterrupted.

Technique Areas

Head

Focus on the frontal, temporal, and occipital areas. The touch is slow, steady, and sinking rather than pressing. The work is deep, but never rough.

Neck

The neck is treated as a delicate area. Support is essential. The aim is to create a treatment that feels safe, calm, and never frightening or forceful.

Décolletage

A very delicate area approached with gentle flow rather than force. The emphasis is on direction, softness, and restoring natural balance through touch.

Practical Checkpoints

  • Is the speed slow enough?
  • Is the pressure not too strong?
  • Are the hands connected without stopping?
  • Are you sinking rather than pushing?
  • Are you touching with a wrapping, reassuring quality?
  • Is the movement natural and safe?
  • Are you handling the neck safely?
  • Is the décolletage touch still gentle?
  • Does the flow connect naturally?
