Student Policy & Agreement — Japanese Head Spa Training


1. Purpose

This document outlines the main policies for students enrolled in the
Japanese Head Spa (Relaxation Massage) course conducted by Silent Touch Japanese Spa Academy.
The purpose is to ensure a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment for all participants.



2. Student Responsibilities

Attend all classes on time. Treat instructors and fellow students with courtesy and respect. Keep the classroom clean, quiet, and comfortable. Follow all safety and hygiene standards during practice. Do not perform any medical or therapeutic treatments. (This course is designed purely for the learning of relaxation techniques.)


3. Health and Safety Policy

Students must inform the instructor of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before attending the course. Maintain hygiene by washing hands and disinfecting towels and tools. No accessories, perfumes, or long nails are permitted during practice. If you feel unwell, please notify the instructor immediately. The Academy reserves the right to temporarily suspend participation if safety concerns arise.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date → Full refund. Cancellations made 6–3 days prior → 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start or after the course has begun → Non-refundable. Students who miss a class for personal reasons may request a make-up session at the instructor’s discretion (an additional fee may apply).If the Academy cancels or postpones a class, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another date.


5. Liability and Consent

This course is for relaxation purposes only and is not intended as a medical or therapeutic practice. Students agree not to advertise or provide the techniques as medical treatments after completion. The Academy is not responsible for any injury or loss caused by improper practice. Students agree to follow the instructor’s guidance and practice safely at all times.


6. Certification Requirements

To receive a certificate, students must:
Attend all required sessions — a total of 18 study hours (including self-study).Pass both theoretical and practical assessments. Maintain professional conduct and safety awareness throughout the course. Certificates will be issued upon completion and are recognized by IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists).

7. Code of Ethics

Always treat clients, fellow students, and instructors with respect. Maintain confidentiality of all personal information and course content. Practice responsibly and never claim any medical effects or outcomes. Commit to ongoing learning and ethical practice in your future work.


8. Media Consent

I consent (or do not consent) to photos or videos taken during the course being used for educational or promotional purposes by the Academy.

9. Privacy Notice

The Academy respects and protects all personal information in accordance with privacy laws.

No personal data will be shared or disclosed without consent.
