Day 1 focuses on deepening practical skills and clinical understanding, building on the foundations of the Basic Course.

Students will refine advanced techniques used in professional Japanese Head Spa treatments, with a strong emphasis on precision, flow, and therapeutic intention.

Day 1 Curriculum

  • Advanced scalp, neck & shoulder techniques

  • Deeper pressure control and rhythm refinement

  • Muscle anatomy & tension patterns related to headaches, neck pain, jaw tension and stress

  • Advanced acupressure points for nervous system regulation

  • Reading the client’s body, scalp condition, and energy response

  • Creating a seamless, professional treatment flow

  • Therapist posture, hand positioning, and fatigue prevention

This day is highly practical, allowing students to feel, practice, and understand how advanced touch creates deeper relaxation and therapeutic results.
